The DIAs Workplace Safety Training Grant

The Department of Industrial Accident’s Office continues to give back to our Massachusetts workforce by giving up to $25,000 FREE per company towards workplace safety training.

 

The goal of this highly successful program is to promote safe and healthy conditions in the workplace through training, education, and other preventative programs. This great program awards state funds to eligible applicants who submit responses designed to provide and improve safety education and training in Occupational Safety and Health to employers/employees within the Commonwealth covered by the Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Law.

Who is eligible to apply for a safety training grant?

 

Companies and organizations of any size operating within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts covered by Massachusetts Workers’ Compensation Law (MGL 152) are eligible for funding.

 

How do I apply and when does the application process begin?

 

Online applications and dates are available by emailing safety@dia.state.ma.us.

Where can I find training providers?

 

There are many great safety training companies in MA. The team at East Shore Safety is excited to announce that we are now listed training providers under the grant program. This means that we can now provide training under the program. There is a link to all training providers here.
