Massachusetts Required OSHA Training for jobsites

Massachusetts OSHA Training

Legislation signed in 2004 mandated that if a company is to receive any State-sponsored construction work, on any projects over $10,000,  all employees to be employed at the worksite must have taken a  10-hour course in construction safety approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), referred to as the OSHA 10 course.

In order to demonstrate compliance, the Act requires persons to submit documentation of successful completion of the OSHA 10 course. This goes for anyone working at the jobsite

At East Shore Safety, our instructors provide decades worth of industry knowledge while providing the required content for the course. We provide as much hands on material as possible because we believe this is how adults learn.
