Safety Reporting and Recordkeeping
You have the responsibility to provide a safe and healthy workplace. You’re required to keep a record of serious work-related injuries and illnesses if you’re a business with more than 10 employees. Minor injuries do not need to be recorded. These records shall be maintained at the worksite for a minimum of least five years.
